Last updated: 24/01/2025All clients must read the Terms of Service before placing a commission. By choosing to commission me, you are agreeing to the following terms.

1. Subject Matter

I WILL draw:

- Fandom OCs
- Original OCs
- Fanart
- Mild goreI WILL NOT draw:
- NSFW/Sexually suggestive
- Problematic/sensitive topics
- Heavy gore
- Hateful and harmful messaging
- Overly complex designs

2. AI, NFT and Cryptocurrency Policy

Usage of commissioned works for generative AI and AI model training, NFTs, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Clients found to be violating this policy will be immediately blacklisted and have a public beware post made.

3. Commission Process

When requesting a commission, the client must provide the following: the type of commission, a reference image of the character(s) that includes a color palette and at least a front and back view, a written or visual description of the pose and/or actions, and any other relevant details.The client may then submit their payment once the commission has been agreed upon. Payment must be upfront and progress on the commission will not start until it has been paid in full. Once the commission has been placed, it will be completed within 30 days of the payment date.The client will be updated on the progress of the commission in stages of approval. The first stage is when the sketch is complete. The client may ask for changes to be made to the sketch to fix any issues or inaccuracies. The second stage is when the base coloring is completed. The client may request their final free changes during this stage. After the base coloring has been approved, the client must pay a fee of 20% of the base price of the commission each time a further change is requested. The final update to the client will be the finished product. Changes can no longer be made once the final product is complete.Clients may also check the progress of their commission on my Trello page.

4. Etiquette

Clients are expected to remain polite and cooperative. Poor behavior is not tolerated. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Clients who are rude, condescending, demanding or unprofessional may have their commission denied outright, or cancelled if the commission has already begun. Clients who engage in extreme abusive behaviour such as harassment will be completely blacklisted from working with me again.

5. Copyright

I retain copyright ownership of all commissioned artwork pieces. By default, all commissions are personal use only and may not be monetized in any way (e.g. merchandise, official branding material, etc). Commercial usage may be negotiated with the client if requested and will incur additional fees.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment is accepted via PayPal or VGen in USD only. Ensure that the currency is USD before sending the payment. If using PayPal, the client MUST choose the Goods and Services option. Family and Friends is NOT accepted.Refunds and cancellations are NOT accepted unless it is the fault of the artist (e.g. failing to complete the commission within the 30 day deadline), or if the client breaks the Terms of Service. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their financial security before placing a commission.In the case of a refund or cancellation, the amount refunded will be calculated based on the progress of the commission at the time of cancellation. If the sketch is completed, an 80% refund will be issued. If the base coloring is completed, a 50% refund will be issued. If the final shading/rendering has begun but not completed, a 20% refund will be issued. Finished pieces cannot be refunded.
